The terms for using Penida Snorkel: what we do, what the booking platforms do, and where our responsibility stops.

What this site does
Penida Snorkel (nusapenidasnorkeling.quest) is an independent guide to snorkeling off Nusa Penida. We collect, write and publish what we find and point you to boat trips you can book. We run no boats, sell no tickets, take no payments and hold no bookings.
Who sells the trip
Whatever you book through a link here is a contract between you and GetYourGuide, or the operator of the boat or trip, concluded on their site under their terms. Tickets, the trip itself, payment, changes, cancellation and refunds are in their hands.
What a price means
Every price here is a starting price in whole dollars, rounded to the nearest dollar. Where a platform quotes another currency we convert it at the European Central Bank reference rate, so the figure is near but not exact. Only the price and dates the booking platform displays just before payment are binding.
How far the details can be trusted
We verify what we publish and name our sources. Even so, departure times, meeting points, routes and rules are set by operators and authorities and may change without notice, and weather, sea state, tides or an operator's decision can alter or cancel a trip. Read the details of the listing you choose before you pay.
The helper tools here
The calculators, checklists, trip helpers, charts, planners and maps are planning aids. Their totals and suggestions are estimates and are neither an offer nor a promise.
How the site is paid for
Our trip links are affiliate links. If you book through one, GetYourGuide pays us a commission, and you pay nothing more. We alone choose which trips to feature.
Content from other parties
Third parties run the sources and offers we link to, and each is answerable only for its own publication.
Ownership of the texts
The texts, tools and design of this site are copyrighted. You may read and print them for private use and share a page by linking to it; any other use needs our permission. Photographs of the trips belong to their providers; map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence.
The limit of what we answer for
Using this site costs nothing. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In other cases we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation, and then only for the damage typically foreseeable.
The law in force and later revisions
German law is applicable. A consumer residing elsewhere keeps the mandatory consumer protections of that country. We may revise these terms, and the text published on the day of your visit is the one that counts.
